Recommended for customers with live systems who need a response to high priority calls within 4 hours. In addition to help desk support this also includes software subscriptions to provide software upgrades. This is an annual contract.

Technical Support - Bronze

Recommended for developers using the Developer Kit, who have not purchased a Mandoforms Server. Provides 5 support incidents. Unused incidents expire after 12 months.

Solutions Support

Recommended for customers who have a customised Mandoforms solution provided by Mandoforms Professional Services. Based on Software Support, this is an annual contract.
